Storage and delivery of compressed (compressed) hydrogen in the gaseous state is carried out in standard cylinders, which allows to achieve the weight fraction of stored hydrogen of the order of 5-8%, capacity 40 liters, with internal gas pressure:
- 150 ATM (0.5 kg N2);
- 300 ATM (1.0 kg H2);
It is possible to supply hydrogen monoblocks (bundles of cylinders interconnected, for 9; 12; 16, etc. in a single cassette), to extend the reserve power supply time at the 1st connection.
The specific energy of the balloon system for the storage of hydrogen is of 1.3 to 0.8 kWh/kg.
